Delivery Information
You have several delivery options when completing your order at the checkout. Each option provides different insurances, delivery time scales and shipping areas. It is important that you select the most appropriate option for your needs.All orders received after 4:00pm will be processed on the next working day. It is therefore important to get your order in before this time to ensure your order is processed the same working day.
Each order is subject to a one time shipping charge no-matter the size or quantity based on the delivery option selected.
For your safety we send all parcels via a tracked, 'signed for' service, which requires a signature on delivery. This provides certain insurances to you and allows us to view detailed information on each shipment's status/location at anytime. With this in mind it is important to make sure that there is someone at the delivery address that can provide a signature on the arrival of the order.

Parcel Tracking
Your order will be sent using a tracked service, this provides us with detailed information on the parcel's status, location and route. It also allows us to provide you with the same information. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking code with instructions on how this information can be retrieved. Failed/Refused Deliveries & Parcels Not Collected
Most of our couriers will try to deliver your order more than once in the event that there is nobody in to sign for it. However, after this time the parcel(s) will be taken back to the nearest postal depot for you to collect or re-arrange delivery. In the un-likely event that the parcel(s) are not collected from the depot or is refused on delivery your items will be returned to us marked 'Not Collected'. Items returned to us in this manner may be liable to a £8.00 administration charge at our discretion and will not be eligible for a refund of postage charges.BFPO Delivery
