Ordered Tuesday at 3:00pm received my hen night costume on Thursday 9:00am. Ordering is easy and delivery is fast! What more do you want? I'm sure i'll order again.

This is just a quick note to say how helpful your customer service team was when I needed to order a costume for a birthday party. I emailed for help and within 5 mins I was called back by Tracy who answered my questions and put through my order. Costume was delivered the day after and looked wicked. Thanks for the excellent customer support. Keep up the good work..... ; )

I just like to say how helpful your customer service representative was the other day. I emailed to find out if you had a magicians costume for my child. Unfortunately, you didn't have one in stock but it was great not to have to spend 20 mins on a premium rate phone call to find that out.

Your sales representative was most helpful and suggested a few alternatives, one of which we ordered and were delighted with.

It's great to know that my order was placed and processed by such a caring team.
